The Moulin des Costières
Between Provence and Camargue, in the city of Saint-Gilles, the Moulin des Costières is a large 30 hectars (nearly 75 acres) family owned vineyard. For more than 20 centuries, the olive is the center of a food culture and a lifestyle that Languedoc has happily and passionately inheritated. Carole and Fabien JEANJEAN, the owners, try to maintain this tradition in playing with the multiple flavors of the sun in order to create their tasty and colorfull range.
A natural oasis located in Uzès, the trufflewoods cover 15 hectares(37 acres) dedicated to truffle and nature and designed to welcome visitors.
